Before confirming
- Fill in the date, arrival time and number of people before sending the French draft.
- Ask about kitchen service and last orders, not just venue opening times.
- Confirm the current menu, drinks, supplements and cancellation conditions.
- For outdoor seating, agree on an indoor alternative if the weather changes.
- Check the entrance, route to the table and toilets for access requirements.
- Wait for the venue’s confirmation. A sent enquiry or a saved favourite does not reserve a table.
